The African Union International Center for Girls’ and Women’s Education in Africa (AU CIEFFA) and ImpactHER are launching the fourth edition of their fully funded online capacity-building training program. For one month, starting August 31, 2026, participants will follow an intensive online program focused on four essential skills: digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and gender equality in education. This training is aimed at young Africans : both women and men : as well as entrepreneurs, educators, and aspiring business leaders, across the continent and in the diaspora. All you need is an internet connection and a compatible device to participate in the sessions. There is no cost to participate: the program is fully funded by the organizers. Each module leads to a certificate, awarded to participants who have attended at least 80% of the sessions. Beyond technical skills, the program connects participants to a pan-African network of young leaders and entrepreneurs committed to education and economic empowerment. Applications are open until July 31, 2026, through the official channels of the AU CIEFFA. This is one of the few free training programs directly run by an African Union institution: a great starting point for developing an entrepreneurial project, building digital skills, or enhancing one’s professional profile : all without financial barriers.
