The Global Leadership Challenge brings one hundred emerging leaders together online from 10 to 14 December 2026. Teams address practical challenges and develop impact projects through responsible-leadership training and cross-generational dialogue. The initiative is led by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium. Applicants should reserve roughly five half-days and participate actively to earn the certificate. A funded April 2027 symposium invitation is an award for the top three teams, not a travel benefit available to everyone admitted. Eligibility: Master’s/PhD student or young professional aged 21–30 with undergraduate study completed. Responsible-leadership commitment shown through extracurricular or professional activity. Funding: Virtual leadership training and mentoring. Only the top three teams receive an all-expenses-covered invitation to St. Gallen in April 2027. Submission: Prepare CV, portrait, enrolment evidence where applicable and answers. Deadline: 5 November 2026; rolling review.
