OIF Human Resources Data Analyst in Paris

The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie is recruiting a human resources data analyst for its Paris headquarters. This international P2 position focuses on data quality, analysis and dashboards supporting workforce management. The successful candidate must be able to turn HR information into reliable indicators that support organisational decisions. Applicants must be nationals of an OIF member state or government, hold a relevant master’s degree and have at least three years of professional experience. Strong French and practical analysis and visualisation skills are required. The initial appointment is for three years, renewable, with a six-month probationary period.
