The Royal Society's Career Development Fellowship supports early-career researchers from Black backgrounds working in the natural sciences. The four-year postdoctoral award aims to improve representation in STEM and help fellows establish a stronger foundation for a research career in the United Kingdom. Eligible applicants hold a doctorate and have fewer than twenty-four months of postdoctoral experience under the scheme's conditions.
