BMW Group South Africa is recruiting for its 2027 Graduate Programme in Gauteng. Placements may be at Plant Rosslyn and the Vehicle Distribution Centre, the sales and financial services operations in Midrand, or the IT Hub in Menlyn. Graduates receive workplace experience aligned with their qualifications, technical and leadership development, mentoring and exposure to cross-functional teams. Applicants must complete their studies by the end of 2026 or have graduated within the past eighteen months. They must currently be unemployed, have no previous graduate programme participation, and hold a relevant university degree or higher qualification with an average mark of at least 65%. Disciplines include finance, information technology, engineering, logistics, communications, human resources, law and education. Full-time participation and attendance at compulsory development activities are required. The advert does not specify a salary or programme duration.
