GrEnFIn trains specialists in energy markets and sustainable finance through a twenty-four-month, 120-ECTS Erasmus Mundus master's degree. The consortium joins the University of Bologna, LMU Munich and Paris Dauphine PSL. It welcomes quantitative and economic backgrounds suited to studying the energy transition through modelling, market analysis and environmental challenges. Applications for the 2027 intake close on 7 January 2027 at 11 am CET and are submitted through Bologna's Studenti Online system. A relevant bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, economics, statistics, computing or engineering and at least B2 English are required, alongside the curricular conditions in the admission notice. Students nearing graduation may apply under the published completion timetable. Top-ranked applicants may receive Erasmus Mundus funding, subject to selection and funding rules. Check the practical requirements of the chosen pathway as well, including any documents needed for enrolment in Munich, rather than treating admission to the consortium as completion of every university's administrative formalities.
