Harvard LEAD: Global Health Leadership Fellowship 2027-2028

Description

The Harvard LEAD Fellowship supports global-health professionals for one year to strengthen their leadership and ability to mentor future women leaders in the sector. The 2027-2028 programme runs from September 2027 to August 2028. It combines remote coaching, mentoring, training and exchange with a six-week Harvard residency expected in April 2028. Applicants of all genders must work in a low- or middle-income country, hold at least a master's degree and have ten years of professional experience beyond their education. Employer support and availability throughout the residency are required. Visa, travel, housing and living costs during residence are covered under the fellowship arrangements. Applications close on 15 November 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. Recent participation in an extended full-time fellowship can affect eligibility, so check that restriction before applying.
