The World Bank's Government Analytics Fellowship helps public servants turn administrative data into tools for improving government operations. It offers several formats, including an online route and an immersive track with two weeks in Washington. Projects should focus on administration and its practices rather than only general public-policy analysis. Applicants must be nominated by their organisation, work in central government or an agency, and hold a middle-management or senior-analyst role. Prior quantitative training, English proficiency and institutional support enabling the project are required. The application asks for a CV of no more than three pages, a 150-word project summary and an organisational endorsement, all in English and PDF format. The deadline is 16 November 2026. For selected in-person candidates from official-development-assistance-eligible countries, travel, hotel and subsistence are covered under the award conditions. This support should not be assumed to apply equally to every route or applicant, so choose the format that matches your actual availability and institutional mandate.
