The CrossCulture Programme enables civil-society professionals and volunteers to strengthen their practice within a host organisation. Participants engage in professional learning, intercultural activities and networks that can support their home organisations afterwards. In Africa, the current call covers Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia. Applications must be personal: candidates should describe their own responsibilities and motivations, without using AI to write their application. This is a professional exchange rather than a university degree scholarship. Profile: At least 23 when applying and two years of professional or volunteer work in civil society in the home country. African partner countries: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia; other African countries are not included in this call. Strong English and availability for the stay; students and people receiving another fellowship in the same year are excluded. Support: For fellows from abroad: EUR 650 monthly, return flights, accommodation, local public transport, health insurance and visa-fee reimbursement. Subject to public funding; accompanying family members are not funded. Application: Select the country-specific call in the CCP application portal. Prepare the CV and recommendation and write the application personally without AI. Application period: 20 October–8 December 2026.
