University of Rwanda Mastercard Foundation Scholarships 2026

Description

The University of Rwanda programme supports postgraduate students who combine academic achievement, leadership potential and a commitment to their communities. Selection pays particular attention to economic barriers and to applicants whose record suggests they can turn advanced study into lasting social impact after graduation. The announced package includes tuition, accommodation, a laptop, a living allowance and eligible travel support under programme rules. Applications are completed through the dedicated recruitment portal. Candidates need to check the criteria for their intended study level and academic programme before creating an account and uploading evidence. The editorial review used the official organisation page. Applicants should prepare the file directly from those instructions, include every requested supporting item and avoid paid intermediaries. The confirmed deadline is 22 August 2026; submitting early leaves time to correct a rejected document or a technical problem before the portal closes.
