Description

Open Doors is an international competition for foreign students seeking bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral or postdoctoral study at participating Russian universities. The first stage includes a portfolio and motivation letter. Applicants need to choose the track matching their academic level and read its specific conditions before preparing the submission. Competition registration is not an automatic university admission. The benefits depend on the result and the rules of the selected route, so candidates should distinguish tuition exemption from other possible forms of support. Eligibility: International applicants for bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral or postdoctoral tracks. Funding: Tuition exemption for successful applicants according to the track; other support follows programme rules. Application: Choose a track, prepare the portfolio and motivation letter, and follow the stages on the Open Doors portal. Schedule: 1 November 2026.
