The Global Youth Water Envoys Program strengthens the diplomatic capacity of young leaders engaged on climate and water issues. One hundred participants are selected to actively contribute to the UN Water Conference to be held in Abu Dhabi. Envoys receive training, mentorship and hands-on immersion in global water governance. The programme requires a weekly commitment of three to four hours and good command of English. It is open to young people aged 18 to 35 from all backgrounds, with a strong interest in water, climate and diplomacy. Applications are made through the official Arab Youth Center portal before 13 August 2026. Highlighting any community or environmental engagement experience is helpful. Selected envoys represent their communities in a global conversation and build lasting connections with peers and water experts, and strong applications show a concrete link between local action and international water policy.
