Harvard Pollman Fellowship in Real Estate and Urban Development 2027

Description

Harvard Graduate School of Design is inviting applications for the Pollman Fellowship in Real Estate and Urban Development. The one-year visiting scholar appointment combines research and teaching. Applicants working in economic development, political economy, urban economics and related urban planning fields are encouraged where their research connects with real estate and urban development. Candidates must have received their doctorate or submitted their dissertation for final degree awarding. The minimum award is USD 55,000 plus medical benefits. Teaching salary is included in that amount and should not be counted as an additional payment. The fellow is expected to teach an assigned course, produce at least one publishable journal paper, join research workshops and present work to the GSD community. Assemble a cover page, a course proposal of no more than 300 words, a research statement of no more than 1,000 words and a relevant CV in the requested order. Email the document to the department by 23:59 Eastern on 18 February 2027.
