The Energy Community Secretariat and its partners invite young people to create a video answering the theme “What a Just Energy Transition Means to You and Your Community.” Entries fall into two categories: Creativity for Impact, from 30 seconds to three minutes, and Storytelling for Impact, from three to five minutes. Videos may use documentary, interview, poetry, song, reels or other creative formats to make the transition understandable and relevant. Applicants must be aged 18 to 30 and permanently reside in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia or Moldova. They may apply individually or in teams of two. Local-language videos need English subtitles. Winners will attend the Just Transition Forum in Podgorica on 20 and 21 October 2026, present their work and join media and transition-learning sessions. The form and video must be emailed by 10 August 2026.
