The Justus & Louise van Effen foundation supports excellent international students admitted to a regular two-year MSc at TU Delft. Funding consideration requires a complete MSc application with scholarship materials submitted on time. Applicants should organise academic documents, references and English evidence before the scholarship deadline, even where the general course admission date is later. Awards are very limited. Academic excellence does not replace admission requirements or the continuing conditions attached to funding. Profile: Admission or conditional admission to a regular two-year MSc; international joint education programmes are excluded. Excellent results in a relevant previous programme; the top-10% indication describes competitiveness, not a compulsory ranking certificate. Complete MSc application, scholarship form, reference and English evidence before the funding deadline. Support: Full tuition at the applicable fee rate plus a living-expense contribution. Second-year support depends on progress; no extensions beyond two years. Application: Choose an eligible regular MSc and prepare the complete admission application. Upload the scholarship form, reference and English certificate or establish the relevant exemption. Deadline: 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET (22:59 UTC).
