Sciences Po offers students from Africa financial support covering the full financial needs of a two-year master's degree. University admission and Mastercard Foundation scholarship selection are separate decisions. Dual degrees and one-year master's programmes are excluded. Applicants must be under 35 on 1 September of the application year and must neither hold nor be studying for a master's degree. The bachelor's qualification must come through a listed partner institution, a recognised bridge programme or the route available to applicants with refugee status. Dual citizenship including a non-African country and previous or current French higher education are exclusions. Start the scholarship eligibility check and the master's application simultaneously to preserve the possibility of an application fee waiver. Scholarship deadlines are 23 November and 14 December 2026, with scholarship decisions expected in April 2027. Prepare identity evidence, academic records and the documents supporting your particular eligibility route before starting both applications.
